Yeah, I'd only had it for 4 months and after I downloaded the Sims 2 onto it, it crashed. That stupid game killed it! So, after talking to a friend of mine about it it was 1 of 2 things.
1. The guy I talked to at dell said that Sims 2 had done that to a lot of computers.
2. The woman I talked to about her dell said that she had the same version as me and that the media center program screwed up on hers. Mine started having troubles as well.
So either one of the two did my pc in, or both ganged up and slit its throat. Either way, I'm sad without my pc.

It's probably a combination of both. You should see if there are any patches for Sims 2. there more than likely are. even if you just bought it.
